Wellness Workshops
While each workshop explores a different topic, they all share the same philosophy:
noticing with curiosity, supporting yourself with compassion, reconnecting with what matters, and growing through greater nervous system awareness.
These workshops are for educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical, psychological, or mental health care. Please consult an appropriate healthcare professional for individualized support.

The First Step Toward Growth and Healing
ONLINE
A gentle introduction to understanding stress, change, and the nervous system. Through reflection, nervous system education, somatic practices, and guided imagery, participants will explore how awareness, movement, and support can help us move through life with greater connection, flexibility, and compassion—one step at a time.
Caring for the Caregiver
ONLINE
Caregiving often asks the nervous system to stay in a constant state of alertness, responsibility, and emotional demand. This workshop offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn practical tools for stress support through gentle somatic practices, breathwork, and nervous system education. Designed to help caregivers restore balance while continuing to care for others with greater resilience and compassion.

Why Emotions Feel So Hard
ONLINE
Emotions are not just thoughts — they are physical experiences carried through the nervous system and body. This workshop explores why emotions can sometimes feel overwhelming, stuck, or difficult to process while offering gentle somatic practices to help create more awareness, safety, and emotional regulation. Learn simple tools to work with your body instead of against it as you build greater resilience and self-understanding.
IN-PERSON
A body-based class that combines gentle somatic exercises with an introduction to Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE™). You’ll learn how stress shows up in the nervous system, practice tools for regulation, and begin reconnecting with the body’s natural tremor mechanism as a way to release tension and restore balance.
