Workshop/Class Schedule
Join supportive small-group classes designed to help you better understand and work with your nervous system through somatic exercises, body-based practices, and experiential learning. These offerings are designed to support stress regulation, body awareness, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of balance in everyday life.
You’ll leave with realistic tools you can continue using outside of class to help navigate stress, overwhelm, and the demands of daily life with greater awareness and support.
Class options offered:

Somatic Wellness Workshops – These classes combine a light educational talk on a wellness topic with gentle somatic practices designed to help the body settle, reconnect, and release stress. Click HERE for class descriptions.

Nervous System Reboot – These classes use somatic exercises to build awareness, restore balance and support everyday regulation. When appropriate, session may also include accessing your natural tremor mechanism to release deep held tension.
Participation in classes that include tremor requires prior approval and experience with this technique.
Please reach out for details on how to learn and safely work with the tremor response.
Classes are approximately 60 minutes in length. Space is limited, and a minimum of two participants is required for the class to be held.
