Nervous System Group Boot Camp Schedule
 
 

Join a small group class designed to support nervous system regulation through somatic exercises and body-based practices. These classes are ideal for individuals interested in calming the body, settling the mind, and building tools to manage stress more effectively.

Two class options are offered:

  • Somatic Exercises Only – focused on gentle, accessible practices for nervous system regulation

  • Somatic Exercises with Natural Tremor – includes time for the body’s natural shaking mechanism

​

Participation in classes that include tremor requires prior approval and experience with this technique. Please reach out for details on how to learn and safely work with the tremor response.

​

Classes are approximately 60 minutes in length. Space is limited, and a minimum of two participants is required for the class to be held.
