A Year of Gentle Somatic Support

This calendar is an invitation into a year-long, gentle relationship with your nervous system. Rather than focusing on fixing or pushing, we are practicing listening, regulating, and building capacity—slowly and sustainably—through small, daily moments of care.

Each day offers three simple components:

  • A somatic practice to support nervous system regulation and body awareness

  • A small, doable task to help translate regulation into daily life

  • A short reflection to encourage curiosity, integration, and self-understanding

Together, these pieces are designed to help you build resilience, increase self-trust, and develop a felt sense of steadiness over time.

How to Use This Calendar Gently

​

This is not a checklist or a program to “keep up with.” Move at your own pace. Skip days. Repeat practices that feel supportive. Modify anything to meet your body where it is. Even one minute of attention counts.

The intention is consistency without pressure—offering your nervous system regular signals of safety, choice, and care throughout the year.  This is about building a relationship, not achieving perfection.
