Nervous System Reboot
Classes that use somatic exercises to build awareness, restore balance, and support everyday regulation. Some sessions may also include working with the body's natural tremor response to release held tension. Participation in tremor-based classes requires prior approval and experience with the technique. Please reach out for details.
Classes are approximately 60 minutes. Space is limited, and a minimum of two participants is required for class to be held.
