Health & Wellness Coaching

Health and Wellness Coaching supports you in identifying goals, creating actionable steps, and working through obstacles as they arise. My role is to help you access your own insights while offering guidance grounded in nervous system regulation and the mind–body connection.

Coaching is primarily conversational and may include practical tools, skill-building, guided reflection, mental rehearsal, or meditation—always tailored to your needs. We begin with goal setting, explore your motivation, and build a foundational understanding of your nervous system so you can create sustainable change rather than relying on willpower alone.

Consistency is key. Developing new habits and releasing long-standing patterns takes time and practice, not a single session. Ongoing sessions provide structure, accountability, and support. Coaching packages are available to help maintain momentum and progress.

My specialty is working with the nervous system, where physical, mental, and emotional experiences are deeply interconnected. This body-based approach can complement talk therapy and offers a well-rounded path toward improved health and well-being.
